We take a careful approach to help your brand get the best internet exposure possible. We don’t have any control over the refunds, returns, and cancellations over Google, Google my business, and another official website. Whatever services you take from this official website are direct purchases from them.

Returns and refund.

Softonic solution does not return or refund any amount once you take a subscription to any service from our website. Due to the nature of our services and business, we do not take give any refunds and returns. If you are, for any reason not happy or satisfied with our service then you must bring it to the kind attention of our customer support team, so that we can improve, redesign and customize services for you.

Cancellation policy.

You cannot cancel any subscription once you get the subscription to our website. You can not cancel your purchase and service subscription because of the nature of our business.

We do not issue refunds for the Digital Marketing services and Application/Software/Website development and designing once your order is confirmed and the project and our service move from purchasing phase to the planning and development phase.

No partial cancelation and refund will be allowed in the middle of the project through their milestone phases.

The client may cancel services with a notice period of 15 days before the project moves to the planning and development phase.
